Gone are the days where you need to turn your pans halfway through the cook cycle. The innovative air baffling system and the industry’s largest blower wheel maximize airflow and evenly channels it throughout the entire oven cavity resulting in very precise cooking results throughout. The heat manager, a rigid multi-layer aluminum “sandwich” design, won’t sag like other fibrous materials so the performance of the bake will last throughout the life of the oven. The largest convection oven cavity in the industry at 24-inches high comes with six chrome-plated oven racks on 13 rack guides.

Whether you are baking breads, cooking meats, or making other delicious menu items, this U.S. Range Summit Series natural gas convection oven delivers performance you can count on! This single deck unit boasts a 24" deep oven cavity with porcelain enamel for better insulation and coved corners for easy cleaning, while a 2-speed fan helps to circulate air through the chamber. Five chrome-plated oven racks are included with 13 interior rack guides, while a 60/40 door design with a left-side double pane thermal window lets you keep an eye on your culinary creations. Dependable simple analog controls and electro-mechanical timer offer precision temperature control.

With a cooking range of 150°F to 500°F, Garland convection ovens offer maximum flexibility for all your cook/hold requirements. Our innovative air baffling system and chamber size with coved corners maximizes airflow by directing heat and evenly channeling it through the entire oven cavity. This superior airflow makes it the most even cooking oven on the market providing consistent rise regardless of the position of the pan in the oven; no need to rotate pans halfway through the cook cycle.
The unique design “moves” the heat generated by the oven away from areas that are heat sensitive, such as the controller area. Our insulation, a non-fibrous, multi-layer, rigid aluminum “sandwich” design does not require an extra frame to hold it in place and eliminates hot and cold spots normally associated with fibrous insulation.
Higher Capacity Oven.
The large 24" high cooking chamber give 20% more baking capacity than competitive models and accommodates virtually any pan size. Sheet pans can be placed in either direction on the deep-depth bakery model. And, unlike other brands, the top rack is easy to reach and use. It's only 60” from the floor in the normal working height, increasing the ease of access for everyone.
The Garland Master Series convection ovens come with six chrome-plated baking racks on 13 rack position guides, while the US Range Summit Series comes with five baking racks.

Choose the digital easyTouch® control model with a simple on/off switch and intuitive press-and-go interface is easy to operate with minimum training. It also features Cook-n-Hold, which allows you to cook meat at the ideal temperature for browning, then automatically hold it at the proper warming temperature. The 4.3” screen on an angled control panel is always in your line of sight, with controls that are easy to read even when units are stacked. The easyTouch® control is simple to pre-program recipes for one-touch operation.
Or choose the Simple Control model, made for those who prefer the simplicity of a mechanical timer and the accuracy of analog knob controls with two fan speeds for easy operation.
Superior Construction.
The heavy-duty construction stands up to the most rigorous use. Our patented “Safety Door System” 60/40 split dependent doors with windows on both sides are easy to open and close with, even with one hand. Our stainless steel doors feature a positive seal gasket that won’t wear out and a full-length welded hinge rod, supported by two rigidity strips, that stands up to the most rigorous use. Plus, you get the added protection of a 5-year Door Warranty (excluding glass windows). Front access to the control panel provides easy access to service all electrical components.
The smooth, porcelain-lined interior features seamless coved corners for easy cleaning and enhanced airflow. A powerful .6 horsepower, 2-speed convection motor drives the unique serpentine airflow for faster heating and recovery.

A sturdy stainless steel base for full-size, single-deck convection ovens with chrome-plated, 6-position rack guides, giving extra rack/pan storage. Includes a robust stainless steel bottom shelf.
