Garland Master Series production griddles deliver high-performance, high-volume cooking with even, consistent, and precisely controlled temperatures. A 1" thick steel griddle plate ensures superior heat retention and uniform heating across the surface, while individual thermostatic controls with dedicated on/off switches allow for energy savings during off-peak hours.
Designed for easy cleaning and maintenance, the unit features stainless steel splatter guards & backsplash and 6" legs for convenient under-griddle access. A front or rear-located contoured grease chute and 6" deep stainless steel sloped grease drawers with integral baffles simplify grease management. Optional stand sold separately.
Available in 24", 36", 48", 60", and 72" widths, the Master Series production griddles are built to meet the demands of any operation.
Production Griddle Features:
Powerful Even Heating.
The gas model has one stainless steel u-shaped burner rated at 30,000 BTU with flame-failure protection for every 12" width of griddle, while the electric model has a three-bar heating element, rated at 4.3 kW, for every 12" width of griddle, both giving full coverage and even heat across the surface of the steel griddle plate.
Thermostat Control.
Individual thermostatic control with nickel-plated knob guard for each burner with temperatures from 150F (101C) to 450F (268C). Electronic ignition and main on/off power switch with indicator light for each burner give you full control of the griddle plate.
Splatter Control.
Stainless steel 3" high side splatter guards and an 8" high backsplash blocks hot grease and juices from spitting off the griddle keeping the surrounding equipment and walls cleaner.
Grease Management.
A 3-1/2" wide rear or front grease trough and contoured grease chute opening directs grease to a 6" deep, 1.6 Gal (6L) capacity grease drawer. The grease drawer can be removed for grease disposal and is dishwasher safe.
Models with optional 4" legs have a 3-1/4" deep, 1.4 Gal (5.25L) capacity grease drawer. Optional 10-1/2" deep, 2.36 Gal (8.9L) capacity, sloped grease drawers for stand models are available.
Optional Equipment Stand.
A stainless steel stand with sturdy lower shelf, available with or without swivel casters for 24", 26" 48", 60" and 72" production griddle models helps optimize space and adds extra storage.
